Future Plans
- You’ve arrived at the one page on this website that will show you the future. We’ve been around a long time, and we’ve seen a lot of changes. We’ve covered different games, different game series, and had different kinds of articles and media. The move to covering only A Link to the Past has once again drastically changed the direction of this website. However, this time I have a plan put together. The site is more organized than it has been in the past and I have a good idea of what I’m wanting to do: a plan.
  
  This page will walk you through just some of the things I have planned. While I have a lot of things planned, one of the things I don’t have planned is exact dates for doing these things. However, when these features are finally implemented you can be sure I’ll including them in an update on the front page and then remove them from this page.
  
  A Domain To Call My Own This is a top priority for me. As soon as I have the extra money to do it, I plan to purchase a domain. I want my own hosting to follow, but paying for hosting costs a significant amount more than just purchasing a domain. The domain will come first, and hopefully soon (this summer at the earliest).
  
  Covering Only A Link to the Past? I love the entire Legend of Zelda series, and I would like nothing more than to cover the entire thing. However, over the years it has become obvious that I cannot do that by myself, or even with a couple helpers. That was my reasoning behind covering only one game. That said, when I feel A Link to the Past has been appropriately covered I may expand the site to cover another Zelda game. When and if I do expand it will be a step by step process, one game at a time.
  
  Timeline Theories This is a section I’m very interested in expanding further. Recent Zelda games appear to have a lot of connections with A Link to the Past and I would like to explore this further. I don’t have a specific list of topics I plan on covering at this time. However, I think there are several obvious topics up for debate such as the possible connection of the three mirrors that appear in A Link to the Past, Four Swords Adventures, and Twilight Princess as well as the geographic similarities of A Link to the Past and Four Swords Adventures.
  
  Image Galleries This is something available on most sites and I would like to have one as well. Of course, this image gallery would feature screenshots and artwork from A Link to the Past. I may consider taking fan art submissions as well, but in the past six years I have never once received a submission so I will have to think about whether it is worth my time.
  
  Manga and Comics A Link to the Past has two mangas and a comic book that was originally published over several months in Nintendo Power magazine. This is a topic I definitely want to cover, but I need to find the best way to do so. Downloads of fan translations (or the official translation in the case of the comic) are already available elsewhere, so I would like to do more than simply offer downloads.
  
  Top Secret Project Yes, I’m going to be secretive. I was presented with an idea from a fellow webmaster and I’m very interested in pursuing it. I’m still considering when and if to launch this project. This would be a long-term project that could take years to complete depending on how much time I could put towards it. I’m considering this summer (lots of free time then) as the launch for this project if I do start it up. It’s an interesting idea and could be a lot of fun, but I make no promises on this one.
