- Magic Mirror
Location: Death Mountain
How To Acquire: On your first visit to Death Mountain you will meet an old man in the first cave. He will follow you around and periodically speak to you. After the exist the series of caves, walk to the south east to find another cave with a wooden door frame. This is the “house” where the old man lives and before he goes inside he will apologize for talking so much and give you to the Magic Mirror.
Uses: The Magic Mirror allows you to return to the Light World from any spot in the Dark World. This will allow you to reach many otherwise unreachable areas, and it must be used to reach the Tower of Hera just minutes after you receive it.
After it has been used, a portal back into the Dark World will appear at the spot where you used the mirror.
Other Tips:
- If used inside a dungeon, the Magic Mirror will teleport you to the entrance.
- Remember, the Magic Mirror will only teleport you from the Dark World to the Light World. If you use it in the Light World, nothing will happen.
