Location: Eastern Palace
How To Acquire: The bow is hidden in the big chest inside the Eastern Palace. The chest is located in the central area of the dungeon. You will have to pass right by it multiple times while you are inside. When you find the big key, return to the chest to open it and then continue north into new areas of the dungeon. However, when you open the chest and take the Bow, Stalfos will drop from the ceiling and their heads will fly around at you for a few seconds.
Uses: The bow’s main purpose is for defeating enemies. You can shoot arrows until you run out and then you can pick up more by cutting grass or defeating enemies. The only other use for the bow is to hit some switches. However, it is almost always better to use the boomerang for those tasks because the boomerang does not require ammo.
Other Tips:
- Your arrows must be upgraded to Silver Arrows in order to defeat Ganon.
